This was the first book I’ve read by this author, but it certainly won’t be the last! The story was like a Hallmark Christmas movie with spice! All the tropes I enjoy; forced proximity, Christmas, grumpy/sunshine. I read it in one happy sitting.
Jake and Claire were wonderful written characters and I love the town and supporting characters as well. Also, Tinsel the cat was a fun addition.
I received an advanced copy for an honest review, and am very delighted that I chose to read and review it. Now I get to do a deep dive into Lyra Parish!
